Four stages, and you carry none of them alone.

We talk
A twenty-minute conversation is enough to scope the work: your obligation, the size of the copropriété, and the date of your assemblée générale.

We visit
A survey of the building, the common parts and the plant. Measurements, photographs, readings. We obtain the documents from the syndic ourselves.

We write
A report written to be understood by a conseil syndical, not only by an engineer. Every finding is sourced and the works are set in order of priority.

We present
We will come and explain the report at your assemblée générale if you wish. That is often where the vote on works is decided.
