A report is of no use if no one understands it.

We have seen too many technical surveys end up in a binder. Three hundred pages, accurate and rigorous, and unreadable for the conseil syndical that is supposed to use them to vote works.

Our position is simple: technical rigour is not negotiable, but it does not excuse us from being clear. Our reports are written to be understood by copropriétaires, and we come and present them at the assemblée générale.
