This website sets no advertising tracker, carries out no audience measurement and calls no third-party service while you browse. The only data we receive is the data you send us yourself.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and when
Only when you fill in the contact form: your name, your email address, and, if you provide them, your organisation, your telephone number, the address of the copropriété concerned, the service you have in mind, its size, your assemblée générale deadline and the content of your message. Only the service, the name and the email address are required: without them we cannot reply to you.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation.
If you consult us on your own behalf, the processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b of the RGPD).
If you write to us on behalf of a syndic, a syndicat de copropriétaires or a public authority, it is based on our legitimate interest in answering the professional enquiries addressed to us (Article 6.1.f of the RGPD).
This data is neither sold, nor passed on, nor used for unsolicited marketing.
Who has access to it
The associates of ThermiQ handling your enquiry.
Our host, IONOS SARL, which hosts the website and our email, acts as a processor on our instructions alone, within the European Union.
No other recipient. The form is received by a script hosted on our own hosting: no third-party company is involved.
To prevent automated messages, our script keeps a fingerprint of your IP address for one hour, from which the address itself cannot be recovered. This security measure rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
For how long
Three years from our last exchange, then deletion. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the statutory accounting and contractual retention periods apply.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability.
To exercise them, write to contact@thermiq.fr or to SAS ThermiQ, 56 avenue du Général Michel Bizot, 75012 Paris. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.
