The problem
You have to decide on works that commit the copropriété for ten years, without knowing precisely what condition the building is in. The DTG answers that question before the assemblée générale votes.

- Analysis of the energy situation and of actual consumption.
- A record of the defects found and an assessment of how serious they are.
- Analysis of the regulatory obligations that fall on the copropriété.
- Costing and prioritisation of the works required.
What you receive
- A complete report, illustrated and set out in order of priority, written to be understood at the assemblée générale, or AG.
- A prioritised list of works, with a cost estimate for each item.
- A presentation at the AG if you wish.
