The problem

Works arrive by surprise, calls for funds go down badly, and the fonds de travaux is badly sized. The PPT puts ten years of spending on a single roadmap that can be voted on.

What we do

Assessment of the condition of the building fabric and of the equipment.
Identification of the works required over ten years.
Estimation of the cost of each intervention.
A proposed schedule, set against the fonds de travaux.

What you receive

A ten-year plan, item by item, costed and phased.
A projection of the fonds de travaux required.
A document that can be used directly for the vote at the AG.

Regulatory framework

The plan pluriannuel de travaux was introduced by the loi Climat et Résilience du 22 août 2021.

The obligation does not apply to all copropriétés at the same time: the timetable depends in particular on the size of the copropriété. We check what applies to yours during our first conversation, before any quotation.

We deliberately do not set out the timetable here: it changes, and it depends on several criteria. We would rather check it for your copropriété than publish a date that may not apply to you.
