The problem
Depending on the funding scheme, the audit must be carried out by a qualified firm. The condition is not the same everywhere: we check what applies to your project before proposing anything.
What we do
- A detailed survey of the building fabric, the systems and the patterns of use.
- Analysis of consumption and of heat losses.
- Construction of costed works scenarios, with the gains expected from them.
- Analysis of the financial feasibility and of the funding that can be drawn on.
What you receive
- An audit report compliant with the NF EN 16247 standards.
- Several renovation scenarios, compared.
- The qualification certificate number, which must appear on the report.
